Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping – 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping – 3–7 business days (where available)
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Silverkey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at [your support email].
